Euthanasia

When it is clear that hospice is not an option, you may need a second opinion to help you make the "final" decision with a clear conscience. This home visit is intended to help you decide when it's time to say goodbye. We will briefly assess your pet's condition and discuss quality of life issues to help give you direction when making this difficult decision.

Cremation

Cremation service may be added to the cost of basic euthanasia or pick up. Cremation options are essentially 3-Fold, and prices are determined by which option is chosen, and by the weight of the pet.

Hospice Care

Hospice care for pets is intended to provide pain-relieving and comfort-giving care for animal companions near the end of their lives. Pet hospice can provide the time needed for owners to come to terms with their pets' illnesses and decide their comfort level with optional treatment. It provides the time to make informed plans and reasoned decisions, and to begin to say goodbye.

You may be worried about prolonging pain and suffering. You may be wondering if you're acting too soon, or if you're making the choice that's best for your pet. We can help with consultation services.

Together we can look at your pet's records and make a physical assessment of the recent changes in your pet's condition and behavior. These considerations will reveal the current quality of life and guide us to determine the best choices available.

We can help you feel more confident in your having made an informed decision in an emotional situation. If you've already made the difficult end-of-life decision, we will be there to help your pet pass peacefully.
